These terms govern your use of Marvox, an AI phone-answering service operated by Digital Tribe (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

Marvox answers your business calls with an AI assistant, captures job details, can book appointments, and notifies you. Features depend on your plan and on integrations you connect (e.g. calendar, SMS).

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate business info and keep your account details current.
• Use Marvox only for lawful business calls. Don’t use it for spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
• Comply with call-recording and messaging laws that apply to you and your callers.
• You are responsible for the pricing, quotes, and commitments your AI makes to your customers based on the information you provide it.

Subscriptions & payment

Plans are billed in advance after a 7-day free trial. Payments are handled by Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Marvox running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Phone/AI infrastructure depends on third parties (e.g. Twilio, Vapi). We’re not liable for missed calls caused by outages, carrier issues, or misconfiguration on your end.

No guarantee of outcomes

Marvox is a tool. We don’t guarantee a specific number of booked jobs, revenue, or that the AI will handle every call perfectly. Any results figures on our site are illustrative.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
