Who we are

Marvox is an AI phone-answering service for small businesses. The service is provided by Digital Tribe, a business registered in Pakistan. Contact: fawaad@digitaltribe.co.

Information we collect

• Account & billing: business name, your name, email, phone, service area, and payment details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Call data: when your AI line answers a call, we process the caller’s phone number, the call recording, a transcript, and any details the caller gives (name, address, job request).
• Usage: logs, dashboard activity, and basic technical data needed to run the service.

How we use it

• To answer calls, book jobs, and send confirmations/reminders on your behalf.
• To bill your subscription and provide support.
• To improve the service and prevent abuse.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted processors to run Marvox: Stripe (payments), Twilio (calls/SMS), Vapi (voice AI), Anthropic (AI language model), Google (calendar, if you connect it), Brevo (email), and Supabase (data hosting). They process data only to provide their part of the service. We do not sell your data.

Call recordings

Calls to your Marvox line may be recorded and transcribed so the AI can book jobs and so you can review them. You are responsible for any call-recording disclosure laws that apply where you and your callers are located.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing fawaad@digitaltribe.co. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK/California), you may have additional rights.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
