This policy covers Marvox subscriptions, operated by Digital Tribe.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We collect your card up front but do not charge it during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Billing

After the trial, your plan renews automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. Annual plans are billed once per year (and include two months free versus paying monthly).

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing fawaad@digitaltribe.co. Cancellation stops future charges. Your AI line stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

• We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time on a monthly plan after it renews.
• For annual plans, if you cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal and have not heavily used the service, contact us and we’ll review a pro-rated refund in good faith.
• If you were charged in error or believe there’s a billing mistake, email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
